I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped out directly from our warehouses within 24-72 hours. Please allow an estimated 5-15 business days for your order to arrive due to a high demand.

Do you accept returns, how does the warranty work??

Solaroid Tech customers can always use a return period of 90 days if not satisfied. You are liable for return shipping costs and label. Solaroid Tech will refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs incurred at purchase, to the customer within 14 working days. 

The warranty lasts 90 days and is only effective if the product is damaged or not working. Please provide us with a short video of the damage or defect and we will issue you a refund or send out a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

Contact us directly with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will update your address before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, and the package has been lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Please note that this is a mistake we cannot control, but we will do our best to help you.
